Improving the booking experience for call centers

Building a scheduler for call centers, where agents can book the best time for them to work and managers can oversee sales operations. I was responsible for defining the overall client-side architecture of the application, using Nuxt and Vue.js as UI framework. Clients were delighted with the end result.
